Production planner checklist
A paper style planner until an interactive calculator arrives. Work top to bottom before you place new workshops.
Chain sketch
- Write the final good you need (planks, rope, cannons, etc.)
- List each workshop step from raw node to finished good
- Mark shared inputs (stone into blocks and charcoal, wood into planks and fuel)
- Circle the warehouse hub each branch should share
- Note pier or off island sources that feed the same hub
