Audit connections district by district. Fix red routes before you duplicate workshops.
Per district audit
- Select each producer and read connection color (green, yellow, red)
- Confirm the receiving warehouse has free transit slots
- Count fetchers assigned vs drifters still free for construction
- Check zipline lines for new buildings blocking cable paths
- Move the hub one ledge instead of adding a fourth copy of the same workshop
